Orienteering is an exciting activity that fosters strong interaction among participants.
The group is divided into micro teams (from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10 people) that will compete in a competitive activity.
It is a timed challenge where the team, using a detailed map and a compass, must reach the finish line as quickly as possible.

The activity takes place within the 10-hectare location according to a precise and pre-mapped layout.

A first-place diploma is awarded to the winning team and a participation diploma for everyone.

It is a logic game in which contestants, once locked in a room, must find a way out using every element of the structure and solving codes, puzzles, riddles, and brainteasers.
To successfully complete the game, participants must organize the escape within a predetermined time limit.
The goal of the adventure is to stimulate the mind, intuition, logic, and, not least, team building: collaboration among all participants is an essential factor in solving the puzzles and successfully completing the game.

A dive into the past with colleagues for a highly educational and stimulating team building.

It is an extraordinary team working activity capable of generating corporate metaphors to recreate in a “constructive”, fun, and carefree way the typical work habits of an organization.
The corporate metaphors thus generated offer valuable insights that, thanks to a guided debriefing phase, allow participants to spontaneously/concretely propose evolutionary suggestions.

The purpose of this training system is therefore to provide participants, both individually and as a group, with awareness of the key success factors of a team.

Comedy combined with… culture

During dinner, the audience will be engaged in an electronic quiz. Teams equipped with remote controls will compete in a fun interactive group quiz. Guests will be divided into teams and provided with wireless buzzers to answer customized questions (agreed upon in advance with the client) and possibly other humorous questions.
A model of questions previously used with other companies will be provided for inspiration, such as: “who is the most elegant in the department…”, “what is the nickname of…”, “what is … famous for”.
Each question will assign points to the teams, and the computer will declare the winner at the end of the game based on the leaderboard.

The Mystery Stories

A heinous crime has occurred in a place near you, and only you can uncover who the culprit is.

You have only the time between courses to question the suspects.
Time will pass, and the suspects will sit at your table, allowing you, for a few minutes, to question, press, and interrogate the unfortunate person in turn to determine if they are guilty or innocent.

Procedure: as soon as you are seated, you will be given an envelope containing useful information about the “case,” and Commissioner Bernasconi will introduce the “suspects” to you.

The entire game takes place at the table during dinner or lunch, but it is also possible to propose the format in a single session lasting about 90 minutes, using outdoor spaces where teams will move around the location in search of the suspects.

“Songwriting” offers the opportunity to create not only a human connection between collaborators and colleagues of your company, but also something that endures over time and becomes a symbol of the company itself.

Through the musical teambuilding activity, colleagues, divided into teams, will be assigned songs to modify and adapt so that they become the company’s anthem.
With the help of professional writers, participants will learn how to best express their creativity while remaining true to the structure of the chosen song.
After a careful analysis of the lyrics and the effort applied, the winning song will be announced, which will then be sung and possibly recorded so it can be used in the office, at events, in promotional videos, or simply to motivate and encourage people to work together with you.

DJ for a Day is a highly engaging team-building activity where music becomes the universal language for the group.
Participants are divided into teams; each team is equipped with a console and a playlist of 50 tracks categorized by musical genre and reference years.

In the first briefing session, participants are taught the basics of mixing and receive an overview of the history and evolution of music.
The second part is purely operational, where the group must create their own playlist.

The team that creates the most captivating, euphoric, and hilarious mixed super playlist in Brianza wins.
The challenge is timed and judged by a panel that will consider: the technical result of the mixing along with teamwork and the musical balance of the playlist.

The activity can be enhanced with a vinyl mixing demonstration.

What’s the “music” today?

Music and cooking is an engaging activity where the entire group tests themselves with a dedicated menu of desserts, pasta, or pizza of their choice… and music!!!
The teams, coordinated by the culinary professionals of “La Camilla” and the music staff of Marco Del Duca, will enjoy preparing culinary delights using the equipment and raw materials provided to them.
During the cooking activity, the teams will have to recognize some songs in a sarabanda style to earn bonuses that will be added to the score obtained in the cooking activity.

The evening concludes with a dinner accompanied by music and the superb entertainment of our DJs.

MTB is a highly enjoyable team-building activity that challenges both body and mind.
Teams will engage in a “Treasure Hunt” within the agriturismo.
Equipped with a map, they will set out to find various points where individual letters have been placed, which may form the name of the company, a product name, or the parts of a single bike.

Once the treasures are collected, the teams must return to the starting point as quickly as possible.

Subsequently, the teams will need to reassemble and restore to perfect working order the disassembled bicycles, using the provided spare parts, tools, and equipment. Upon completion of the assembly, the same bicycle will be used by the teams to tackle a mini course in relay among team members, ensuring the bike’s perfect functionality.

The challenge will be timed, with additional handicaps at the end of the exercise determined by a jury evaluating the perfection of the assembly, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Archery becomes dynamic!
Two teams face off against each other on a regulated field using special bows and arrows.

Who are the targets? The opponents, of course!
Colleagues competing on an ‘ArcoTag’ playing field experience a crescendo of emotions, fun, and satisfaction, and have the opportunity to challenge themselves in a new, adrenaline-pumping, and completely safe activity.

After a brief collective briefing conducted by TAS staff and the provision of personal protective equipment (masks and arm guards), the two teams enter the playing field, appropriately bordered with wide-mesh arrow-stopping nets (similar to those on golf courses).

Players must hit opponents using the arrows available on the field while trying not to get hit themselves. Each successful hit equals one point; the team with the highest score wins.
The game is divided into rounds lasting no more than 15 minutes each.

The activity involves “hitting the target.” A briefing and debriefing of the activity are provided.

A team score will be considered to determine a winning team, along with an individual score.

The activity can be enhanced with a quiz game on the theme of “archery.”

Equiteam is an outdoor team building activity, in contact with nature and particularly with a wonderful animal: the horse.
Participants, divided into teams, will be led by instructors from the riding school “Le Torri”; an initial theoretical part is planned, during which equestrian technique and grooming (horse cleaning) will be taught. Subsequently, the teams will compete on the field, with games on horseback and theoretical quizzes, always assisted by the “Le Torri” staff.

At the end of the activity, there will be an award ceremony for the teams with a participation diploma for everyone and a diploma for the winning team.
The purpose of this team building is to strengthen teamwork through a simple and fun sports competition and to offer each individual the opportunity to interact and engage with an animal not known to everyone, like the horse.

Blind tasting in our Wine Cellar
This is a “blind” tasting of 4 types of red or white wines, where participants, divided into teams, will have the pleasure of identifying the hidden wine, that is, recognizing the one that is organoleptically different from the others.
Once the olfactory test is completed, participants can explore the visual characteristics and then proceed to the actual blind tasting.
The tasting will be preceded by a brief description of the characteristics to look for by an expert.
The game consists of first guessing the hidden wine and then the grape varieties, vintages, and origins of the wines.

A participation certificate is provided for all participants and a certificate for the winning team.

The event aims to create a Chantilly cake decorated according to each team’s imagination with the company’s logo decoration.
Each team must produce a part of the cake, which will then be assembled like a “puzzle” through an agreement between the team leaders of the different teams.
The result will be the product of the collaboration of each individual team and the entire work team.
